Terms and Conditions
Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery; no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after 24 hours from delivery. To instigate a claim for damaged goods you must inform us in writing (letter or Email) within 1 day of receipt.
Online
exclusive deals only apply if you buy the products online
via this shop and pay online. They do not apply if you telephone/email/fax
the order to us or walk into our retail shops or workshops.
Customer Returns
Goods may be returned for whatever reason within 7 days of
receipt. Only if you have informed us in writing as above.
The goods will only be accepted for restocking if they are
received undamaged and in the original packaging.
The goods must be returned at your expense, via your chosen
courier/postal service. This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
Whilst every effort will be made by Kadinsky Art to ensure
that the correct quantity and quality of goods are delivered
within a timely manner to the buyer, neither Kadinsky Art,
nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any damages caused
by the such omissions or delays.
Damaged Goods
Goods must be checked upon delivery. To instigate a claim
for damaged goods you must inform us in writing (letter or
Email) within 1 day of receipt. Any damaged goods must be
returned to Kadinsky Art. Replacement goods or refunds will
be issued within 7 working days (Subject to product availability).
We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods
have been fitted.
Contract
The contract between Kadinsky Art and
the Buyer shall be deemed to have been made at the registered
office of Kadinsky Art Unit 8 West Wales Business Park, Redstone
Rd, Narberth SA67 7ES. All contract subject to these Conditions
between the Buyer and Kadinsky Art, shall be subject to and
interpreted in accordance with English law and the Buyer Hereby
agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English Courts in respect of all claims, disputes or differences
arising out of or in connection with any such contract.
Force Majeure
All cases of force majeure such as wars,
riots, strikes, lockouts, bankruptcy, fire, water damage,
delay in transport, lack of means of transport, breakdown
in factories or those of our suppliers or any other unforeseeable
events give us the right to postpone the fulfilment of the
contract, as well as to cancel it partially or wholly without
thereby conferring on the Buyer the right to claim damages
against Kadinsky Art or the manufacturers.
The company accepting the payment is Kadinsky Charcoals Ltd,
and that is what will appear on your statement.
Privacy
The privacy policy forms part of the agreement between us,
and by purchasing goods from our site, you agree to be bound
by the terms and conditions of the agreement between us. Kadinsky
Art will not use this data or disclose it to any other party
without your express permission.
We may contact you in respect of Special Offers, but only
if you agree to be added to our mailing list.
If your personal information changes you can alter the details
we hold by sending an Email or write to Kadinsky Art. Unit
